Lets see if I have the Lindsay family gene and know how to garden. I have never started a garden completely from scratch...not so sure how happy I am with how the front is turning out but I will post more pictures when it actually starts to grow.

Thanksgiving Point
We had a fabulous family girls day at Thanksgiving points tulip festival. It was so fun being all together, it feels like its been months. Holly made a yummy picnic that we ate first, then strolled through the beautiful gardens.
Lucas was a great sport for being the only boy. But such a handsome one
Finally looking prego

a little preview
I was busy painting all weekend, something I have NEVER done before. I even had to paint the ceiling. Well here is a preview of what I did. I was a complete slob but was well prepared, thanks to pep talks from Erik and Dad. Remember when I asked for everyones opinion on paint samples? Well I didn't take anyones advice (bust still love you all!). I am very happy with how it all turned out and can not wait to have it all cleaned up with furniture in it.

What do you use?
I have by no means become a "clean freak" but I have to say, I enjoy having my house look organized and I rather enjoy seeing things shine. However I feel like I am wasting a lot of money with trial and error on cleaning supplies. I have no idea what I am doing, I really am new to this cleaning thing. What do you use? Why do you like it? Any secrets I should know about? Please tell me. I wanna be smart when it comes to cleaning. WOW! I never thought I would say such wordsWednesday, March 23, 2011
The little things
Last night I had a lot of emotions; fear, sadness, uncertainty, anxiety. There is just a lot up in the air, things I cant control, and people leaving this life way too soon. Its all a little overwhelming. I'm not saying this to get sympathy or have a pity party, it was just one of those nights when everything seems to pile up.
What amazes me is how an animal can tell when someone is hurting or sad or in need of unconditional love. My cat cuddles but last night she slept on my chest for over 2 hours and then snuggled right down under my chin for the rest of the night, she is still right by my side as I type. Animals have the purest hearts. If you don't believe me, when you have a bad day you are welcome to come cuddle with Beckham

My heart breaks for his family
A friend of mine, who is only a couple months older then me, passed away this past weekend. He died of a heart attack at the age of 27. My heart breaks for his wife of less then a year. For his little brother who idolized him. And his family. I know how it hurts to have someone taken from your life too soon.

Anthony Jordon (AJ) Rooks 1983 ~ 2011 Anthony Jordon (AJ) Rooks, born July 2, 1983, left us suddenly on March 19, 2011, due to complications relating to his heart. AJ was born in Vernal, Utah, the first of three children, to Don and Eileen Rooks. He spent the first 15 years of his life in Rangely, Colorado which is where he first developed a deep rooted love for family, a passion for outdoor activities, and a vigor for life. AJ graduated from Uintah High School in Vernal, Utah, and later served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Fresno, CA mission. He was married April 24, 2010 to his sweetheart Jenna Anderson. From an early age, he loved to roam the nearby mountains with his family, riding horses, hunting for trophy bucks, and snowmobiling. He was also a gifted athlete, who excelled in any athletic competition he participated in. He especially loved playing football every Saturday with his father and brothers. He had a strong work ethic and high level of self discipline. He had a lot of compassion for people, and always made everyone feel comfortable. AJ was active in the LDS church, and was serving along side his wife as ward mission leaders. At his time of death, he was developing tools for "the movement" in dub nutrition. He is survived by his best friend and loving wife of eleven months, Jenna Anderson, his sister Lynlee (Nate) Price, brother Taylor, and his parents. A viewing will be held at Liberty 4th Ward, 142 W 200 N Salt Lake City on Wednesday March 23, from 12:00 to 1:45 p.m., with a funeral following at 2:00 p.m. Online condolences may be made at www.larkincares.com We honor him and will fulfill his legacy.

The Handsome boys in my life
Found some pictures on my phone and camera from work. I spend my days with the 2 cutest boys. Even though they can be monsters, most days just make me love them even more

Little KC Baby

It is so interesting to me to see my friends growing up. I just had lunch with KC and Holland today and even though I am older I feel like KC is ahead of me in life. Little Holland was so funny. She just smiles and giggles and loves attention. She really did have me laughing so hard and really she was just being cute. Seeing KC with a mini her almost makes me want to have a baby. I am curious to know what a little me would look like. I hope when I do get around to having one that my baby will entertain me like this. Thanks for letting me nuzzle your baby Kace!
